1992-1995, CZ PANTER Ltd. (CZP) initialised and actively assisted at foundation of Jihlava Glass Company and Hanoi Glass Company joint venture in Hanoi, Vietnam.

1996, CZP had acquired the power of attorney from CKD Praha Holding Joint Stock Company to do representative activity in Vietnam, the rep. office of CKD Praha Holding JSC was founded in Hanoi managed by Dusan Kubis. CKD Praha Holding, the former Czech industrial giant, having subsidiaries with versatile industrial production in that time. (E.g. locomotives, trams, compressors, cooling and freezing plants, pumps, but it is also engaged with turn-key project like incineration plant for industrial wastes, water constructional works etc.). By the time due to new economic situation, environment and demands in Czech Republic, some of its subsidiaries became self-reliant joint stock companies.

1997, meant for CZP another important step in its history. Company had clenched deal with Spofa Joint – Stock Company (manufacturer of pharmaceutical substances, human and veterinary drugs) to be the representative in Vietnam. Czech medicaments, not only from production of Spofa, started to be imported with cooperation of two largest Vietnamese wholesalers. CZP also cooperated with pharmaceutical producers Infusia (1998-2005) Sevapharma (1997-2003), Slovakofarma (1999-2002), Léčiva (1998).

1998-2000, are also remembered for collaboration with formerly prestigious company for foreign trade Skodaexport, which specialized on turnkey project. Skodaexport together with CZP were interested in a few long-term prepared bids for hydro power plants in Vietnam. Although this cooperation did not bring coveted fruits, CZP gained great experiences with compiling bid documents, which classified it among not many Czech companies in Vietnam having this capability. Operation license of rep. office Skodaexport in Vietnam was also terminated in 2002 as well as cooperation itself.

1999, is the milestone for CZP when finally registered its representative office at Vietnamese Ministry of Commerce under the licence No.3072/TM-GP. CZP uncovered its name to get bigger credit for its expanding activity previously hidden behind the Czech industrial enterprises.

2000, the cooperation with SpofaDental Joint – Stock, Czech manufacturer of dental materials, was commenced. Especially in eighties, SpofaDental’s products rooted commercial tradition in Vietnam. However the restructuring of SpofaDental had meant almost five years break and resurrection of imports to Vietnam was also the initiative of CZP. CZP also founded its rep. office in Bangkok, Thailand in summer 2000. Unfortunately this investment did not worked out as expected therefore the activities in Thailand were terminated in fall 2001.

2000 – 2003, will be recorded in company’s history as beginning of strategic cooperation with one of the Czech most successful commercial enterprise, manufacturer of ecological and ventilation systems ZVVZ Milevsko j.s.c.. The partnership recorded 4 successfully concluded contracts in total value over one million USD.

2001-2003, CZP also began to cooperate with German company Rosink Apparate- und Anlagenbau GmbH – producer of fin tubes, heat exchangers and heating surface cleaning systems. This correlation brought a pilot delivery of Rosink’s devices to Vietnam as well as extending marketing and consultation activities for Rosink in Czech Rep. and Slovakia. Rosink together with CZP assistance delivered soot blowers to Sko-Energo Ltd., Mlada Boleslav in 2005 as well as realized a few projects with Czech and Slovak boiler producers.

2004, Strojirny Brno j.s.c., specializing in hydro energy, jointed the cooperation with CZP again. CZP arranges and assists sub-supplies from Vietnam for projects of Strojirny Brno in South East Asia. Fruitful and long-term collaboration with Pilous Pasove Pily Ltd. is commenced.
The engineering of housing buildings and community facilities activity is terminated in Czech Republic.

2005, long-standing representative activities for Omnia Roll in Vietnam, the Slovak trading company focusing on roll bearings, are finished. Supplement of switchgears for the thermal power plant Pha Lai is realized together with French AREVA T&D S.A.-Villeurbanne.
CZP played very important role in foundation of representative office Antarez AZV Ltd. in Vietnam as well as significantly participate in establishing of Elimo Ltd., Czech-Vietnamese Joint Venture or in establishing manufacturing plant in Hai Phong for HAN Ltd., the Czech producer of Christmas ornaments.

2006, daughter company CZ PANTER VIETNAM Ltd. is established in course to develop services for the outsourcing production.

2005-2010, CZP was and active organizational member of the ODA development project of the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade between Strojirny Brno jsc. and Vietnamese mechanical company HAMECO Ltd. The goal of this project was transfer of the know-how for the production hydroelectric components and aggregates to the Vietnamese partner.

2007-2008, company arranged another outsourcing cooperation for the Czech mechanical companies SIGMA 1868 Ltd., TMJ-JESENICE Ltd., STROJÍRNA TÝC Ltd..

2007, branch of CZP in HCMC is founded. This office has been focusing on food industry and already have successful references with exports of frozen fish and pepper for the Czech partners as well as import of malt and hop for the Vietnamese customers.

2010, the first exports of pharmaceuticals of the Czech producer BIOMEDICA Ltd. were executed.

2011, cooperation and first export for the authorized suppliers of Vietnamese Ministry of Defense was commenced.

Since 2006, have been consulting and participating on several marketing studies for companies e.g. ŠKODA AUTO, ALPINE PRO, OSTROJ jsc., J&T or British research company BSRIA.
